CB1 is the regeneration of the Station Road area of central Cambridge, focused on providing a sustainable mixed used community, in one of the most exciting cities in the UK.

The development is more than halfway to completion and has already transformed a run down and unwelcoming environment into a vibrant community with state-of-the-art workplaces, homes, open spaces, shops and restaurants.

But there’s much more to come, so stay tuned and we’ll bring you updates as they happen.

Voice of the community

“It’s great being part of this new community, and we’ve already developed strong relationships here. The fantastic support has meant foodPark traders, who are all small, local businesses, can carry on doing what we love.”
