CB1 Business Centre expands with all space pre-let
Brookgate has announced that the CBI Business Centre is launching a new floor of 5,371 sq ft, with all space pre-let.
The additional space is an expansion of the existing 11,558 sq ft business centre that forms part of CB1, the vibrant new city quarter being developed around Cambridge station.
The high quality workspace is helping to meet the needs of Cambridge’s growing community of small businesses. The new floor has 17 private serviced offices, ranging between 1 and 20 desks in each office, offering a range of potential configurations, as well as a shared office and hot desking area.
Run by Stansted-based business centre operator Mantle, the CB1 Business Centre provides fully serviced offices, virtual office services and meeting space in a central and professional business environment. In addition to desks, telephones, internet access and air conditioning, occupiers at the centre have access to kitchen facilities and a range of secretarial and administrative services.
